90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have a full 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If you're not completely satisfied, email truehangsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. In most cases, we'll issue your refund without asking you to ship anything back.

Lifetime Warranty

Your TrueHang tool is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If it ever stops working the way it should due to a defect, contact us with your order number and a photo or short description, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage caused by misuse or accidents.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Claim

  • Email truehangsupport@gmail.com from the address you used to order.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem (a photo helps us resolve warranty claims faster).
  • We'll reply within about 24 hours with next steps.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

Usually, no. For most refund and warranty requests we do not require you to ship the item back. In the rare case we do, we'll tell you in advance and provide clear instructions.

When You'll Get Your Refund

Once approved, we process your refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong or a missing item, email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away, no return required.

Exclusions

  • Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery fall outside the money-back guarantee, though your lifetime warranty against defects still applies.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks from use, lost items, or damage caused by misuse, alteration, or accidents.

Order Cancellations

We ship fast, often within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to catch it before it ships. If it has already shipped, you're still fully covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee.
